Ensuring that every project meets the highest industry-wide professional standards, in addition to her own expectations for communication, clarity, and creativity, Jennifer's experienced navigation has established HB DESIGN as a leading design firm in BC. As a Registered Interior Designer in British Columbia (RID) and with previous experience as the President of the Interior Design Institute of BC (IDIBC), Jennifer proves to be not only a pro in her field but also an active member of the local design community, volunteering her time and expertise to a variety of initiatives.

With over 500+ homes in her company's diverse portfolio, Jennifer brings her wealth of knowledge and expertise to all the firm's projects. Joining HB in 2002, Sherri is a vital member of the HB DESIGN team and is responsible for various aspects of HB's business processes. As the accounts manager, she ensures that all proposals, orders, and invoices are presented clearly and accurately for our clients. Sherri also works closely with our designers as a procurement specialist, managing all aspects of our projects' furnishing and decorative elements.

Sherri's meticulous attention to detail serves as the backbone of our internal and external business procedures, making her a key component in the success of our projects. Her ability to manage and oversee the completion stage of furniture and decoration installations ensures the flawless execution of each project in a simple, stress-free and timely manner. As an organizational force, Sherri ensures that all our projects run smoothly and are completed to the highest standard.

Coming from an extensive line of builders, Shannon is one of HB's most accomplished lead designers, having both a profound appreciation for design and an innate understanding of its processes. Her passion and talent for design translate into her exceptional attention to architectural details and ability to bring concepts to life. Shannon's favourite part of the design process is exploring sources of inspiration to guide her projects. As the lead designer on many of HB's most notable projects, Shannon is a highly respected and gifted designer, commended for her ability to provide an enjoyable and efficient experience for all involved.

As the Design Studio manager, Shannon is responsible for ensuring all projects are executed with precision throughout each stage of the design process. Her organized and professional approach to designing and managing ensures that all technical packages are completed on time and in accordance with HB's stringent standards.

Helena is a fresh talent at HB DESIGN, joining our team in 2020 after completing her studies in Industrial Design at Emily Carr University and Interior Design at BCIT. Her favourite part of the design process is bringing clients' ideas to life through 3D models, helping them to visualize their dream home.

Helena is an expert at the intricate details that make a project unique, and her exceptional eye for aesthetic composition is evident in all aspects of her work. In addition to her design skills, she is our talented social media and branding delegate, providing consistent content of various design stages and features of our favourite works.

Lauren is a promising newcomer to the HB DESIGN team. She joined us in 2021 after earning her Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business. Her main focus pertains to HB's internal operations with the goal of helping the team and our clients achieve project goals in an efficient and detail-oriented manner.

Currently, she is a part-time student in the Interior Design program at BCIT and is discovering her passion for design. She plans to bring more of her business background and new design knowledge to HB after completing her degree in the fall of 2023.

Working with HB DESIGN should be an easy and enjoyable experience. Our goal is to guide you through the process with clear communication. Lauren's ability to deliver results, her eagerness to learn and her commitment to achieving project goals make her a reliable and trustworthy part of the HB team.
